WORRIES OF DINING OUT.

LONDON, August 29. The Murray Bridge crew, their manager, Mr C. A. M. West, the Olympic cyclists, W. Coppins, G. Dempsey and R. Broadbent, and the Olympic wrestler, Angelo, embarked on the Mooltan to-day for Australia. Coppins and Dempsey were full of regrets that they were compelled to refuse further invitations to visit the Continent, particularly after their wonderful successes in Poland. They are still chuckling over, an experience in a Warsaw restaurant, where they had difficulty with the Ini'i-’Tiage, as they had no interpreter with them. The waiters, unlike those of Paris, did not speak English, and this compelled the visitors to make thsir requirements known by means of sketches on the menu. This proved difficult when they wanted such things as a glass of milk and cauliflower and rump steak, and mistakes were frequent. Once .they ordered potatoes, and were served with billiard balls. The only members of the Australian Olympic team who have not left for home are Duigan, who will go in three weeks’ time, Carr, who is visiting -he Continent, and Dr Honner, who is studying-
