SEVERE FIGHTING REPORTED'
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, GIBRALTAR, September 12. It is reported from Tangier that the Riffs captured all the posts on the road from Tetuan to Shishawen. A , force of 7000, whose water supply was scut off from the Beninouzmer Hills, dominating Tetuan from the south, was captured on Wednesday. The enemy attacked SouKelarba on September 9. Severe fighting is taking place.—Reuter.
SPANIARDS FACE DEFEAT.
MAY BE DRIVEN INTO SEA.
LONDON, September 13. (Received Sept. 14, at 5.5 p.m.) .... The Daily Express’s Paris correspondent states that those who are wea informed regarding the Moroccan situation fear that the Spaniards will be driven into the sea. They believe that the fall of Tetuan is imminent. It is understood that General de Rivera has decided to abandon all the mountainous portions of Spanish Morocco.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
