QUESTION OF WAR GUILT.
DR STRESEMANN’S BOMBSHELL.
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, BERLIN, September 13. (Received Sept. 14, at 5.5 p.m.) An authoritative announcement was issued last evening that Germany is unable to enter the League of Nations until the question of war guilt is settled. This has caused a sensation and has been joyfully greeted by the press. Tho newspapers of the Eijjht denounced the Democrats and Socialists. It is now announced that the statement amanated from r StDresemann. It was his first act on returning to Berlin, and a Cabinet crisis is now considered certain.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
