Lusk (Auckland) playing J. -Goss (Wanganui, the defender of the title). The (Inal of the professional championship between E. J. Moss (Auckland) and J. MTbtosh (Hutt) will be played over 36 boles, . Considerable interest is being taken in the 1 test match between the ladies and the men to be played at Middlemore during the com r ing week-end. The following will form the ladies’ team; Mies Eva Brown (Napier), Mrs Slack (Thames), Miss Payton (Auckland). Mrs Blythe (Hamilton), Miss Aycheson (Nelson), Miss Snodgrass (Rotorua), Mias Jervis (Hutt), Mrs Wagg (Hutt), and Miss Bell (Welling- ' .ton). The eight players who competed in the third round of the amateur championship have been asked to play for the men, and' another will be selected.
