A Government officer is at present, supervising tlie testing, grading, and packing of eggs tor shippient- to England by the steamers Kaikoura and Rotorua. Eggs to be sent in fresh, clean, unstamped, and. graded.' Advances of 9d per dozen for “A” Grade (2oz and over), and 8d per dozen for “B” Grade (under 2oz and not less than IJoz), -will - 'be paid after shipment, and the balance on receipt of account sales from London (probably .within three months). Further particulars on application to Messrs Fraser and Co. ,or Scott Bros. All poultry-keepers are urged to . export, ns owing to over-production there is a surplus of eggs in the country and there is a possibility of a further drop in price.
