speakers stating that they had found no cause for complaint, while others stated that there was room for a great deal of improvement. Eventually the motion was carried, with the following addition ;—“lt is suggested that licenses be issued to outside porters to render such help as is required at a reasonable fee, as is done on many of tho largo centres of other countries.” Sure and certain—WADE’S WORM BIGS.
