(Received August 21, at 8.30 p.m.) Canada’s relations with the Imperial Government are likely to come before the dominion Cabinet to-morrow, and on Friday Mr P. C. Larkin, Canadian Commissioner in London, will be present. The Government will obtain first-hand information as regards the conditions of overseas trade. Immigration and financial problems will also be discussed. Canada’s representation at Washington will be again a live issue. It is believed that an appointment will be made this fall without fail.—Reuter.
