A CABINET DISCUSSION. MINISTER TO WASHINGTON. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright, OTTAWA, August 20. (Received August 21, at 8.30 p.m.) Canada’s relations with the Imperial Government are likely to come before the dominion Cabinet to-morrow, and on Friday Mr P. C. Larkin, Canadian Commissioner in London, will be present. The Government will obtain first-hand information as regards the conditions of overseas trade. Immigration and financial problems will also be discussed. Canada’s representation at Washington will be again a live issue. It is believed that an appointment will be made this fall without fail.—Reuter.
