A number of Junior Somes Scholarships, tenable for Two Years (1925-1926), are offered (a) for boya under 16, and (b) for boys under 14 years of ago on the first day of December, 1924. These Scholarships are of the annual value of £ls, with the addition in the case of boarders of £ls. Applicants must be Members of the Church commonly called the Church of England, or of any Church in Communion therewith. Preference will be given (caeteris paribus) to the kindred of Maria Somes.' the Foundress, or of her husband, Joseph Somes. Subjects of the' Examinations and terms of Election to Scholarships can be obtained on reference to the Bursar. The Examinations will commence late in September or early in October. Entrants may be examined in the towns in which they reside under supervision approved by the Hoad Master.
