SOVIET LEGATION IN PEKING. gitat Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. PEKING, August 15. (Received August 13, at 11 p.m.) The question of handing over the Russian Legation to the Soviet appears to bo settled. It is reported that all the Legations excepting the Italian have received instructions to band over their premises to the Soviet representative.
