(Received Juno at 6.30 p.m.) in f tfiat the German Government has despatched to Britain a Note with a view to securing a formal undertaking that the Ruhr towns—Dusseldorf, Duisburg, and Rulirport—will bo evacuated as soon as the Reichstag accepts legislative measures togne effect to the Experts’ report.
