The Rugby League Council, Manchester, has selected 20 of the 26 players who will tour the dominions in the coming English summer. The players selected were: Full-back, Sullivan (Wigan). Stand-off halves —Hurcombe (Wigan) and Whitty (Hull). Eonvards-Hookers, Bennett (Rochdale) and Gronow (Huddersfield); loose forwards, Gallagher (Batley) and Price (Wigan); other forwards—Burgess (Barrow), W. Ounlino (Warrington), Bowman (Hull), Thompson (Leeds), Harwell (Leigh), Brogh (Oldham), and Slonian (Oldham). ALL-BLACK PROGRAMME. The Rugby Union has sanctioned a change of dales for the New Zealand visit, Cumberland is to be permitted to have their fixture on Saturday, October 25, which will moan that New Zealand will be playing Lancashire at Manchester on Wednesday, October 22.
