(Received March 31, at 10.15 p.m.) Early next month a seaplane will leave on a reconnoitring expedition round the. Commonwealth to locate suitable sites tor seaplane and heavy fuel bases. This is regarded as lending special significance to the emphatic advocacy of Admiral bield of the need of Australian coastal bases and depots.
