NEW YORK, March 29, (Received March 30, at 11.5 p.m.) The Bok Peace Committee has announced that 610,658 votes have been cast to date, of which 534.177 were m favour of the plan, the remainder being against it. The committee has asserted that popular American approval virtually assured, the voters from every State showing that any overwhelming majority are favourable.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
