Zinoviaff states that Bri tain had presented to Russia a claim for 10,390,000,000 gold roubles, excluding three milliards representing interest on loans since 1915. The report adds that Russia does not intend to make concessions. In thin connection she has presented a counterclaim exceeding Britain’s demands. —Reuter.
