The Gale, which arrived here on Saturday morning from Lyttelton, is to sail to-night for Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. The Storm, from Lyttelton, is due here today, and is to sail to-night for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Holmdalc, from Wellington, which is due Ifere to-day, is to sail to-night for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and "Wingatui. Tho Wingatui left Port Chalmers on Saturday morning for Bluff. She will return to i Dunedin about to-morrow to load for Auckland, via ports. The liner Hertford sailed from Port Chalmers on Saturday morning for Lyttelton, Napier, Gisborne, and Wellington to complete loading, and is to sail from the last-named port on April 16 for London. The; Breeze, from Westport, was duo at Lyttelton yesterday with coal for the hulk Baupo. She is to sail to-morrow for vimedin and Timaru. The Opihi, from Wellington, is due hers to-day, and is to sail to-day for Bluff. She will return on Wednesday to load for New Plymouth and Nelson, via ports. The Karori, with cargo from Edithburg ■ end Adelaide, is due here about tho middle of this week. She will complete discharge »t Lyttelton and Wellington. Tho Whangape, with coal from Newcastle, via Bluff, is due her© to-morrow. , She will complete discharge at Oamaru. Tho Kini, from Lyttelton, is due here tomorrow, and is to sail on .Wednesday for Westport and Greymouth. The Union Company’s steamer Kittawa, from Newcastle, which arrived at Wellington on Wednesday, brought about 950 tons ot timber and general cargo, of which 200 tons are for discharge at Wellington, 350 tons at . Now Plymouth, and 400 tons at Bluff. MAIMOA’S ITINERARY. The S.S. and A. Line steamer Maimoa, from Lyttelton, via Timaru and Picton, is due at Wellington on April 3, and is to sail on April 7 for Napier and Auckland, clearing the latter port finally on April 16 for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. GALLIC, FOR LONDON. The S.S. and A. liner Gallic, from Gisborne, via Napior and Tokomaru Bay, is due at Wellington on April 7 for bunkering, it and is to sail tb© following day for Lyttelton, where she will complete loading, sailing finally- on April H for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. SAN FRANCISCO TO DUNEDIN, i; Cable advice has been received from Son Francisco that one of the outside lines of steamers is loading direct for Dunedin, ana that the rate of freight is considerably lower than the present ruling rate. THE WAIKOUAITI. 1 The Union Company’s intercolonial cargo ' steamer Waikouaiti, from Sydney, via Bluff, was delayed on the way up from Bluff by a strong head wind, and consequently when sHe reached the Heads on Saturday afternoon she missed the tide and did not berth till yesterday. She will discharge tho local portion of her cargo at the cross wharf, and will complete discharge at Lyttelton and Timaru. TREKIEVE, FROM NEW YORK. Tho Hain Line steamer Trekieve, from New York, via Newport News, Panama, Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Timaru, arrived hero on Saturday morning, and was berthed at the Victoria wharf to discharge the local portion of her cargo. She is to mil to-day for Bluff, ■where ah© will complete discharge, and will then proceed to Australian port® for loading purposes. SYDNEY PASSENGER BOATS. EASTER WEEK ANNOUNCEMENT. Alterations in the sailing of the Union Steam Ship Company’s intercolonial _ passenger steamer® Marama and Maheno have been announced for Easter week, in accordance with which the vessels mil on the Thursday preceding Good Friday and Anzao Day respectively. The Marama will leave Wellington on April 17 for Sydney, and will leave Sydney on tho 31th for Auckland, arriving at Auckland on tho 28th instead of the 29th, when she will revert to her usual time-table. Tho Maheno is to leave Sydney on April 17 for Wellington, where she will arrive on Raster Monday, and will leave Wellington on April 34 for Sydney, On arrival there tho following Monday »bo also will resume her usual runrunft.
