SOUTH AMERICA FINDS FAVOUR. GROUP SYSTEM ADOPTED. Pn« Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, March 17. Cologne reports that the rate of emigration to South America from West Germany is largely increasing. Thousands have gone to Brazil during the last six months, 7000 leaving Baden and Wurtemburg for Paraguay, where the Government granted each man from 25 to 00 acres alongside the railway. Emigrants are taking the necessary’ agricultural and domestic equipment, and intend to establish a colony of Badeners and Wurtemburghers.—Sydney Sun Cable.
