PROTEST AGAINST GRIEVANCES. NON-CO-OPERATION CAMPAIGN. Pr«M Association —By Telegraph—Copyings* CAPETOWN, February 26. Advices from Nairobi state that the Indians in tile Kenya district have commenced an intensity non-co-operation campaign as a protest against their alleged political grievances. The initial step is a refusal to pay the poll tax. Lengthy test summons have been issued. Four Indians in Mombassa have been committed to prison, and the movement is extending.
