(Received Feb. 27, at 8 p.m.) The Daily Express says that the Queen is suffering from a severe cold. There is no cause for alarm, but she was not able to attend a dinner party given by the Duchess of Roxburgh, at which the Kino-, Mr Ramsay MacDonald and Miss Jsobe'l MacDonald were present.
