SOUTH AFRICAN TOUU. (From Opr Own Correspondent.) PIETERMA LUTZ BIIKG, Jan. IS. The South African Football Association has published a statement to the effect that at a meeting oi t.;e Council of the English Football Association, held in London on January 14, it was decided to play two international matches, England v. South Africa, on October 11 anil November 25, the whole of the net proceeds of the matches to he allocated to South Africa. This, it is stated, is the reply of the English Association to anv allegations which may have been marie in Foulh Africa as to the likelihood of lack of support or approval of the visit. The Council of Lhe South African Football Association is now dealing with the subject of the tour.
