TO THE KDXTOB. Sib, —I am sure about 75 per cent, of th©j horses in Dunedin would be pleased to have the blinders removed from off their eyes. All blinders should stand well out from the eye, but sad to say many people, perhaps through ignorance, give the poor horse a rough spin with close blind ere.
