No. 105, 1.0.G.T., was held on Tuesday last, C.T. Bro. W. A. lies presiding. The Queen Carnival, which has been in progress for some three months, was brought to a conclusion, Sister 0. Thomas being declared the queen, with Sister L. Be second, and Sister J. Walker third. Various competitions were also brought to a close, and the winners proved to be Mr Thomson (seagrass pram), Bro. Bedford (cake), Sister L. Sincock (doll). Altogether the whole function proved a very great success for the lodge in every way. Arrangements were made for the '“crowning” of the queen at an early date.
