EXAMINATION RESULTS. (Feb United Pbess Association.) WELLINGTON, December 18. The Insurance Guild recently conducted in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin its second dominion examination. The subject of the examination was fire insurance, and was divided as follows: — Part I—law and practice of fire insurance; part 2—law and practice continued; parts 3 and 4—surveying, including plan drawing and rating. Results:— DUNEDIN DISTRICT. Gregory, W. E. (National) —part 1, firstclass honours; part 2, passed; parts 3 and 4. passed. Laing, S. L. (I.O.A.)—part 2, secondclass honours; parts 5 and 4, second-class honours. Lavender, A. C. (Standard)— part 1, second-class honours. Reid, C. O. G. (Norwich Union) —part 1. second-class honours; part 2, passed; parts 3 and 4, passed. Timms, A. T. G. (Phoenix)—part 2, passed; parts 3 and 4, passed. Wilson, S. V. (1.0. A.) —part 1, secondclass honours; part 2, second-class honours: carts 3 and 4, passed. Williams, S. F. (New Zealand)—part 2. second-class honours; parts 3 and 4, firstclass honours.
