KELSHY-YARALLA kinderARTEN. The annual break-up ceremony of the Kelsey-Yaralla Kindergarten was held on Saturday morning. There w-as a large atendapee of parents and friends, who wore treated to an enjoyable morning’s entertainment. The schoolroom was tastefully decorated with red streamers and cold and silver- stars suspended from the ceiling. A large Christmas tree stood- in the centre of the room, and this was bedecked with articles made by the children. After contributing some delightful songs and interesting games the children secured pirescnts from the tree and presented them to their parents. They then received a toy each, and the smiles and happy faces on every hand were infections and a spirit of happiness pervaded the fair. Mr J. J. Clax-k, in a short address, stated (hat the children had delighted them with their singing, and he was sure they had all enjoyed the entertainment. He congraliflated Miss M. L. Cowie, principal, and st’.ff on the excellent manlier in which they had trained tho children. He .wished, tile staff and the pupils a happy Christmas and a pleasant holiday. The proceedings terminated with the singing of the National Anthem and the children saluting tho flag.
