OVERSEAS MAILS.

An English and Australian mail, ex the Moeraki, which arrived at Bluff yesterday morning, reached here last night, and the local portion will be delivered to-day. The mail comprises 93 bags from London, five from Manchester, two from Dover, five from Glasgow, two from Birmingham, five from Edinburgh, two from Liverpool, two from Bristol, 13 from Melbourne, three from Sydney. two from Hobart, and one eaoh from Brisbane and Adelaide. The Makura. which arrived at Auckland yesterday morning from Sydney, brought 12 bugs and three hampers (including one bag frojhi beyond Australia and one bag from thei East) for Dunedin. This mail should come to hand to-morrow evening. The Marams, due at Auckland to-morrow from Sydney, is carrying 13 bags of mail (including two bags from the East) for Dujledin. Another Australian mail is being carried by .the Ulimaroa. which is duo at Wellington :;to-raorrow from Sydney. The local portion of this wail should arrive on Thursday evefiing. r |he K.M.S. Tahiti, with European and American maik, will arrive at Wellington on Wednesday morning from San Francisco. SJm has on 'board 1161 bags of mail for Nevt' Zealand (including 845 bags from the Unjfced Kingdom). The Dunedin portion of thefmail is expected to come to hand on Thursday evening.
