PUBLIC 'NOTICES |)IIRT CONTROL BOARD ELECTION. TO THE DAIRYMEN OF OTAGO, The voting papers .for the above Election are now in your hands. You have asked for the Dairy Export Control Act, you have fought for It, you have got it. Who are you going to appoint on the Dairy Control Board to see that the Act is given a fair, unbiassed, and honest trial? Are you going to appoint the men who have opposed it and who have said it is no good? Are you going to appoint the men who have scarcely raised their voices or taken any active part in the struggle for it, and who come to the scene at the last minute in an effort to get a seat on the Board? Or are you going to appoint'the men who have loyally fought for it from start to finish? To give representation to the three dairying provinces, the following gentlemen were selected to stand for the furtherance of intelligent control: FRED WAITE. Otago. JOHN FISHER, Southland. J. R. THACKER, Canterbury. We ask you to vote for these men. They are the outstanding figures in the dairying industry in the South Island. They have been loyal throughout. Urey ““A 0 been approved by the Dairy Control Producers’ Committee in Wellington, by the Dominion Executive of the Farmers’ Union, by various Provincial Executives of that Union, including Otago and Southland, ana by meetings of dairymen m local centres, and at many Directors’ meetings of individual factories throughout Canterbury, Otago, and Southland.
