MATTERS OF POLICY.

The Administrator of Samoa, General Richardson, arrived here last night, and Sir Francis 801 l is here to confer with him on matters of policy in connection with the administration of the mandated territory. Then consideration must he given to the question of the development of the Grown estates. Matters concerning trade and the shipping services would also be discussed. The latter subject would receive the attention of Sir Maui Pomare (Minister in Charge of the Cook Islands). General Richardson will return on Tuesday.
