RECORD ENTRIES.

INVERCARGILL, December 6.
The entries for the Southland A. and P. Society’s show, which will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, constitute & record for the association, and show an increase of 44 over last year’s total. The increases are all confined to the live stock sections, and with so many competitors these rings should produce animals of exceptional quality. Among the exhibitors from the north are Messrs John Nixon, J. A. Scott, C. Stoddart, C. Morgan, Williams, John Parlane and Messrj M’Lachlan, all from Canterbury, and Messrs T. Little, Thompsons’ Ltd., Mrs F. E. Hellyer and Sons, Joseph Moseley and Son, and Miss D. Mowat from various parts of Otago. The following is a comparative state’ ment of the entries:—
