Advices from Canton state that Dr Sun Yat-Sen has announced his definite intention of seizing the Canton Customs revenue within a few days without inform ing the foreign consuls beforehand. Ur Sun Yat-sen alleges that the Peking Government is using money collected in Kwang-tuug to make war on Kwangtung. —Reuter. _
