WELLINGTON TRIALS. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, December 6. ' The sixth trial race for the Sanders Cup was sailed last evening in a southerly breeze, which freshened as the race progressed. The committee changed the crews of the three contesting boats—Peggy, Clare, and Ejmin. The last-named had the heaviest crew, which was advantageous when the wind breezed up. and they handled her skilfully. She finished first 2min lOsec ahead of Clare, with Peggy a long 1 way astern, the latter having got into a patch of light airs. Of the six trials Peggy has won three, Clare two, and Eynin one. The next race will probably be on Saturday at Petone.
