SUPREME COURT.

IN DIVORCE. His Honor Mr Justice Sim held a sitting m divorce yesterday morning. M'KEAN v. M'KEAN. In the case of William M'Kean v. Winifred May M'Kean, 'lhos Kelly being joined as co-respondent, in which the ground of the petition was misconduct, a cleric of Mr W. 0. A'rkle's, counsel for petitioner, now gave evidence a s to the service of citation and said that Mrs M'Kean and co-respondent had expressed a wish to get married. -His Honor granted a decree nisi, with leave to make if absolute at the end of three months, with an interim order giving petitioner custody of the child; corespondent to pay costs on the lowest scale. CLEGHORN v. CLEUHORN. Matilda Cleghorn petitioned for a dissolution of marriage with Robert Cleghorn on the ground of separation for three years. Mr A. C. llanlon appeared for petitioner and stated that the separation order was made on TenTomber 8, 1916, and the order was still in force. Petitioner stated in evidence that she was married on April 2, 1914. There had been no children of the marriage. She and her husband lived together in Dunedin. Her husband gave way to drink and was cruel to her. She applied to the magistrate for a separation, which was granted. Hince thou she had Jived apart from her husband. A daughter of petitioner stated that her mother had been a widow when she married Cleghorn. , A decree nisi was granted, with leave to make it absolute after three months, respondent to pay costs on the lowest scale.
