SPRINT CHAMPIONS. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. November 9. Included a.roongst the passengers by the Maunganui are several champion sprint cyclists, who are proceeding to Sydney and Melbourne to compete in the Australian championships. These include Willie Spencer fpresent Aniivican cycle champion), Charles Jager, Cecil Walker (Australian champion), and Willie Keller (America). .Spencer, although not- holding the world's title, beat the present world’s champion. Moskovo, 16 times out of 20 starts in Pan’s last season. He also defeated W. J. Bailey (England’s best professional cycle champion) and recently competed in Berlin and Belgium. * Cecil Walker, the present Australian champion, has been riding in America, where he seemed third place in the American championships this season. Spencer is going to Melbourne and the remainder lo Sydney.
