ULSTER BOUNDARIES
CONFERENCE SATISFACTORILY ARRANGED. Prses Association—By Telegraph—Copyrifat LONDON, November o. (Received Nov. 4, at 5.5 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph states that an Irish conference will be held in London to seek a solution of the Ulster boundary question. The British Government has invited the Governments of the Free State and of Northern Ireland to appoint representatives to confer, and the invitation has been accepted. Sir James Craig's acceptance, contrary to certain statements that have been made, was entirely unconditional. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
