Miller Bros., Ltd, (Fort Chalmers), claim £5 ss, for goods supplied (posts £1 10s 6d)' W. K. E. Metcalfe v. Harold Roy Painter, claim £32 10s Id. money lent and intoivst on name (costs £4 16s); Alex, Horn and Son (Ltd.) v. David Winter, claim £lB 5s 6d for groceries supplied _ (costa £2 14a); -(C 2 Xaieri and Peninsula Milk Supply Company (Ltd.) v. John Clark Cakler, claim £l2 2a 3d for milk supplied (coats £2 14s). Judgment Summons.—Webster and Austin, Waikouaiti (Mr J. S. Sinclair) claimed from Peter K. Low, £6 4s fid on a judgment summons —After the defendant had been examined regarding his financial position, the Mngis+rato said he could not make an order, but would vary the judgment, making it payable at the rate of 2s 6d per week.
