The Avonside Lawn Tennis Chib to-night, by 69 votefi to 35, declared in favour of the courts being open for play on Sundays. ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL. SEACLIFF CLUB'S APPEAL. (Peb Untied Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 25. The New Zealand Council of the Football Association considered the question of the Seacliff Club’s appeal to-night. It was decided on the motion of Mr ti. L. Salmon that that body be instructed to consider the appeal and to forward a report within 10 days to the secretary. SCOTTISH LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
