The Labour Council, adjudicating on tho dispute between the operative bakers and the bread carters, reported that baking and carting should bo done, between 6 in the morning and 6 in the evening. Owing to the similarity of green lid stamps and id stamps, tho colour of the latter is to be changed to plum, and when the existing issue of the former is exhausted the colour will be changed to dark red.
