An official communique states that a section of a Garellano regiment mutinied at Malaga., the men objecting to orders to embark for Melilla. The ringleaders fired at the officers, one of whom was killed. The troops eventually persuaded them to embark. The ringleaders will be courtmartialled.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
