(Received Aug. 26, at 5.5 p.m.) The Daily Express understands that the appointment of Mr Neville Chamberlain as Chancellor of the Exchequer and Sir W. Joynson-Hicks as Minister of Health will be announced immediately. Mr Reginald M’Kenna will withdraw his acceptance of the Chancellorship of the Exchequer, partly owing to the difficulty of finding a seat in the House of Commons.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
