Announcements of Births. Marriages, and Deaths sent by pest for publication must bear the signature of our agent, a clergyman, or a .T-P, Charge for these, 3s eneh prepaid, or 4s If booked, when not exceeding five lines, and 6d for each line over five. “In Memoriam ” notices arc inserted at the same rates, but when verses .are added an additional charge of Gd per line is made for each line of space occupied. Notices of Deaths and Private Interment without reference to either time or place of interment: prepaid 5s ®d. booked 6s od. Notices oi Death or Funeral, either where the funeral notice is a separate advertisement or is part of the death notice: prepaid 9s, booked 10s. In computing the lines of space to be occupied, advertisers arc notified that they oan reckon six words te the line. All words over 30 are, therefore, charged Gd for each six words. Notifications of Births, Marnage,s, and Deaths appearing in the Daily Tinfes are Inserted also in the Witness without additions! charge.
Advertisers are informed that letters addressed te a nom de plume or initials, care of any Post Office, will not in future bo received by the Postal Department.
