THE BILL CIRCULATED. iFrom Onn Own Corbesrondent.) WELLINGTON, August 20. The Engineers’ Registration Bill has been circulated. It is understood that it will not bo gone on with this session. It provides lor the registration of engineers, and the establishment of a registration board of six, thsbo to bo appointed on the recommendation of the council of the New Zealand Society of Civil Engineers. One of the three shall represent lb© civil engineers, one tho electrical engineers, and one tho mechanical engineers. _ A clausa provides for certain qualifications.
