Tne assay value of the ore is £1 16s 6d per ton. No. 10 level. Empire lode; The east drive has been extended to 350 ft. From 290 ft to 320 ft the average width of the drive is Sift. The value of the ore is 7s 4d per ton.. No. 10 level. Empire lode: Driving west on the footwail; seam found at 157 ft, south of the main shaft is out to Gsft. From Soft to 65ft the width of the drive is 41ft. The value of the ore is £1 3s 6d per ton. No. 1 shaft is down to 79ft below No. 10 level. We are now breaking out the full size of the shaft. : 1
