RECENT ATTACK ON AI. POINCARE. TAKEN TO TASK BY MINISTERS. Press Association—By Telegraph— Copyright LONDON. July 29. Referring to Air Lloyd George’s Bristol speech (in which he bitterly attacked AI. Poincare), Air Ronald M'Neill (Undersecretary of State for Foreign .Affairs) declared that it was not patriotic for men like Mr Lloyd George to fan the minor disagreements between France and England into a flame of estrangement. Sir W. Joynson-Hicks (Financial Secretary to the Treasury) said that at a time when a British Note was being sent to France and Belgium the speech was nothing more nor less than a public danger.
