. MOSCOW, July 15. On the charge of murdering Dyokonoff in a duel, Tertoft was sentenced to eight years’ imprisonment. Nina Mochevilli, iho stage beauty over whom the men quarrelled, was acquitted of the charge of complicity. —A. and N.Z. Cable. The girl, who witnessed the duel, rushed forward and held the dying officer in her arms. The prosecutor’s demand for the extreme penalty weis cluQ to the fear that th© will revert to the Czarist custom of duelling.’’
