DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. Business was again brisk on-’Change yesterday, when sales took plabe in several -■ ■ ■ classes of stock. Waihis were in demand at - - 25s 3d, sellers asking 25s Gd, but no business ■ resulted. A parcel of Mount Lyells changed hands at 24s 6d, the market closing with a•*< -i twopenny, margin. A parcel of Manning’s* ~ Brewery shares was turned over at £6, the ' , hammer falling with buyers at £o IBs and sellers at £6 Ss. New Zealand Loan and- • , Mercantile shares were knocked down at ifiSl, the market closing with buyers at £BO -' abd sellers at £B3. A sale of Bank of New ■: Zealands was' reported at 62s 9d.
