Sheehy to offer for sale by public auction, at thoir Land Sale Room, Lower Rattray street, Dunedin, his desirable SHEEP RUN, Comprising 4670 Acres, in the County of Tuapoka, about 12 miles from Miller’s Flat, together with about 1000 sound-mouth fine-woolled wethers now grazing thereon. The Run is held under Crown" lease for 55 years from March 1, 1923, the annual rental being £65. It is ring fenced, except where hounded by the Teviot River, which is a natural boundary, and is free of rabbits and noxious weeds. The run is capable of carrying up to 2000 sheep. The present flock of halfbred wethers are fine-woollcd sheep, and clipped nearly 81b wool per sheep, which sold' at the Dunedin wool sale in February last at prices ranging up bo 26id per lb. Mn, Sheehy’s only reason for selling this property is that, as his sons are leaving the district, having acquired a property elsewhere, he is unable to carry on without thoir assistance.
