FAMOUS CROOKED SPIRE
LONDON, April 8. An expert architect has been called on to inspect, the famous crooked spire of Chesterfield Ch&rch.
The spire is expected to “go overboard’’ in the first strong gale. Its back is broken, and the pealing of its bells has been forbidden.
