MONARCHIST AGENTS ARRESTED. PARIS, February 27. The 'Echo de Paris states that during the round-up at Essen of a quantity of anus and documents the Drench found 150 Germaji agents-provoeateurs, and arrested them. It is alleged that the latter wore acting at the instigation of the Monarchists, and had established their headquarters in the vicinity of the French, camps. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
