The following information has been cabled to the bead office in London of the Waihi Gold Mining Company;—No. 10 level, Edward lode; Driving south the neict 26£t assays 21s Gd per ton. The width of the reef is about 4ft. No. 12 level; In the Crosscut at 200 it east of the Cow crosscut we are extending the crosscut. The next lift is country rock, the next 28ft assays Its per ton, and the next 10ft 25s 6d per ton. On the Edward lode, south from the Trout crosscut, the next Oft of driving is a mixture of quartz and country assaying 16s 6d per ton. No. 13 level, Martha lode; Driving east of No. 4 shaft crosscut the next 23tt assays 13s 3d per ton. In the crosscut at 316 ft the full width of the reef is 80ft.
