i ENGLISH MARKETS. LONDON, January 18. (Received Jan. 19, at 11.5 p.m.) Copper: Spot, £63 Us 3d; forward, £64 Ss 9d Spelter; Spot, £35 12s 6d; forward, £33 10s. Tin: Spot, £IBO 8s 9d; forward, £lB2 Is 3d. Silver, 2s B£d per ounce. Wheat cargoes fell 6d owing to the total absence of buying. Parcels closed quietly, 3d lower. The spot trade is firm and moderately active. Australian and New* Zealand parcels are not offering. Flour is slow. Australian, ex store, 40s 6a. Oats are firm and prices unchanged. Barley is steady. New' Zealand malting, spot, 54s to 48s; February-March shipment, 44s to 465. Peas are quiet. In the Maple spot trade none are offering for shipment, and prices are unchanged.
