COOK.—At Long Bust, Southland, on Friday, January 19, 1923, Ivan (Mansy), doarly beloved fourth son of Mr and Mrs T. Cook; aged 23 years and 6 months. “ A patient sufferer gone to rest.” DESTER.—On January 18, 1923, at Dunedin Hospital, Mary, wife of Edward Dos ter and beloved mother of Gladys Beater and E. Esquith; aged 56 years. Deeply mourned. Private interment.—R. M*Lean and Son, undertakers. FITZGERALD.—On January 18. 1923, at 8 New street, Musselburgh, Edward, husband of the late Catherine Fitzgerald. R.I.P.— Private interment. —Hugh Gourley (Limited), undertakers. M'FARLAND.—On January 14, at Hamilton, Waikato, Leslie Litchfield, dearly beloved wife of R.' D. M*Farland and only daughter of W. D. Hunt, of Wellington; in her twenty-sixth year. RILLSTONE.—On January IT, 1928, at Invercargill, Charles Rillstone; aged 73 years.
