THE POLITICAL SITUATION
TRIAL OF TARTY STRENGTH. (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 15. The present: indications are that Parliament will bo called together early in March. Tho session, of course, null be a short one. The one thing overshadowing everything else will'bo the trial of party strength. At the moment it seems that tho Government feels assured of a majority of four, which may be reduced to three by providing a Speaker.
